Bruce Winchell joined the firm in 1997 and previously was a partner in a large regional law firm. Bruce practices in the area of commercial litigation. He has extensive experience in business litigation, professional liability law, and a wide variety of insurance coverage litigation. Bruce is a 1984 graduate of the University of Washington School of Law. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University in 1978, after which he became a Certified Public Accountant with a multinational accounting firm. Bruce is the past chair of the Litigation Section of the Washington State Bar Association, has been an active participant in a number of civic, charitable, and non-profit organizations and is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education seminars focusing on insurance coverage issues and professional liability litigation. Bruce has extensive experience with trials in State and Federal court, arbitrations and mediations.
