Municipal Law and Police Liability

Our attorneys have extensive experience representing municipal clients, such as counties, cities, health departments, and park, sewer, water, and irrigation districts. Our municipal litigation practice includes:

  • Civil rights
  • Commercial disputes
  • Catastrophic personal injury
  • Wrongful death
  • Property damage

We are also one of a relatively small number of private law firms in Washington regularly selected to defend police officers and police departments in inquest proceedings and civil rights litigation, including cases arising out of officer-involved shootings.
