Marc Cote joined the firm after serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Walter L. Carpeneti of the Alaska Supreme Court. Marc graduated with high honors from the University of Washington School of Law, where he served as Executive Articles Editor of the Washington Law Review. While in law school, Marc served as an extern for the Honorable Ricardo S. Martinez of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington. He also represented unemployed workers in administrative hearings with the Unemployment Law Project and volunteered with the Immigrant Family Advocacy Project. Prior to law school, Marc graduated summa cum laude from Seattle University and spent a year in the Jesuit Volunteer Corps in Phoenix, Arizona, where he worked as an Employment Specialist for homeless job seekers. Marc's practice emphasizes employment law and also includes commercial litigation and municipal law.
